Do you have a catalogue?
We don't have a catalogue but products listed on the site have at least as much information and as many pictures as a brochure and in most cases far more.If you need further information on a product please email us info@thebathroomstop.co.uk
When will my order order arrive?
Most orders take 1-2 working days although it can vary, to confirm delivery day or if you have a day in mind please email us at info@thebathroomstop.co.uk.
Please do not book installation until goods are on site and checked, we are not responsible for the cost of installer cancellation.
What time will my order arrive?
We cant usually give delivery times but we can usually confirm a delivery day.If you cant be in on the date in question or have any other questions regarding delivery please let us know asap via email info@thebathroomstop.co.uk and we can make alternative arrangements.
How do i return my item?
Cancellation/Refunds:
If you wish to cancel an order Total bathrooms must receive notice in writing and within 30 days
after delivery. Total Bathrooms are under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after that period.

Please note goods returned to us will not be refunded unless they are in re-saleable condition ie not written on or damaged.

How do i cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel please just email info@thebathroomstop.co.uk and assuming the item hasn't already left us we will cancel and refund immediately.Where can i find technical information?
Most of our products have a technical drawing as part of the listing however if you cant find the information you need please contact us at info@thebathroomstop.co.uk and we will get it asap.
